In consideration of my acceptance and my participation in She Runs This Town, I, as well as my heirs, executors, and successors hereby release and agree not to sue She Runs This Town, LLC, Be Inspired Events, LLC, its Owners/CEOs, Chapter Leaders, Contractors, Ambassadors, Vendors and any other related parties, for any and all present and future claims resulting from ordinary negligence and inherent risk during She Runs This Town virtual runs and local run events, including but not limited to, any loss, injury, damage, or liability sustained by me.

By signing this waiver, I agree that I am in good physical condition and able to safely participate in any race, challenge, virtual run or She Runs This Town Chapter activity. I acknowledge that physical exercise can be dangerous and involve risk of serious injury, paralysis and/or death. I hereby acknowledge and agree to assume responsibility for all the risks, whether identified herein or not, even those risks arising out of negligence of the releasee. I understand and warrant, release and agree that I am in good physical condition and that I have no disabilities, impairments or ailments that would prevent me from engaging in active or passive exercise. My participation is purely voluntary. I assume full responsibility for myself for any bodily injury.

COVID-19 Member Waiver I understand the hazards of the novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) and I am familiar with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), World Health Organization (“WHO”), and my local government’s guidelines regarding COVID-19. I acknowledge and understand that the circumstances regarding COVID-19 are changing from day to day and that, accordingly, the CDC, WHO and local government guidelines are regularly modified and updated and I accept full responsibility for familiarizing myself with the most recent updates. I understand the risks associated with COVID-19, which I readily acknowledge, I hereby willingly choose to participate in She Runs This Town.

I agree to allow She Runs This Town to use my name and photograph in broadcasts, newspapers, brochures, and other media without compensation.
