Here's the gist, what we've all believed at one point or another:
If you're perfect, you'll be happy, you'll be successful, others will like you.
It's just not true. And here's why... (and some takeaways!)
- The standard of perfection is made up, often by someone else who has no idea who you are and what your life and circumstances are.
- Instead of chasing someone else's standard of "perfect," create a measuring stick that matters to YOU.
- When we release the concept of perfection, we become FREE.
