Holiday Challenge Dates: November 14 - December 23, 2022

So what IS the Holiday Challenge? 

• You commit to move 30 mins a day, 4-5 times a week from Nov 15 - Dec 23
• You commit to 1-2 days of self-care, rest or relaxation a week during that time.
• We’ll keep you motivated, provide training options, tips and weekly content and give you permission to take care of YOU. 

The ZOOMA Difference - Our private Facebook Motivation Groups

One of the best parts of the ZOOMA Challenge is that you receive access to a private Facebook motivation group focused on this challenge. This group will provide accountability through daily check-ins and you’ll have access to a dedicated Coach who provides support and answers to any questions you may have. This group also includes a community of like-minded peers who are incredibly supportive, encouraging and inspiring!
