1. Pull up to your hip bones. High-rider shorts are not cool for anyone. Hang out, impress your friends and feel inconspicuous in longer-style shorts.
2. Before toeing the starting line, grab waistband and pull up slightly creating more tension and support in the thighs and for your boys. Roll waistband over once placing it comfortably on your hip bones.
3. After finishing the race, impress your friends (and the ladies) by letting the waistband down so you are not flashing the locals with your crusty, mini-running shorts.
