SKIRTSPORTS ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH LEADING DESIGNER JACKIE MCFEE
Kendall Kollection Athletic Apparel by SkirtSports will benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

(Boulder, Colorado - September 15, 2009) – SkirtSports (www.skirtsports.com), the leader of the fitness skirt category, is excited to announce its partnership with Jackie McFee (www.jackiemcfee.com), the designer known for her fashionable school and office products, resulting in the five-piece Kendall Kollection Athletic Apparel line featuring the colorful Kendal Kollection pattern.  A portion of the sales of this special collection will benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), the world’s largest nonprofit dedicated to funding blood cancer research and providing resources for patients.

The Kendall Kollection was created in honor of Jackie’s then two-year-old cousin, Kendall Sierens, who was diagnosed with leukemia in 2006.  Compelled to take action, Jackie designed the collection for a range of school supplies in an effort to raise awareness and funds for LLS.  Now the Kendall Kollection is expanding its reach while continuing to support LLS through this partnership with SkirtSports.

Five styles will be produced by SkirtSports featuring the Kendall Kollection pattern: the Kendall Splice Tank, Kendall RunnersDream long sleeve, Kendall Mini Hoodie, Kendall GymGirl Skirt and Kendall Summer Breeze Skirt.  The line will debut at the inaugural Women’s Running Magazine Half Marathon & 5k on November 22, 2009 in St. Petersburg, Florida, presented by Women’s Running Magazine in conjunction with LLS. The Kendall Kollection Athletic Apparel will also be available to purchase at SkirtSports retail locations and on www.skirtsports.com after the event.
