Have you been wanting to start running but need a boost? Here's your chance!

Kick it Forward adds a new spin to setting a goal and selecting a running plan. We are not offering your typical out-of-the-box training plan. In fact, we have created the only program that lets women do what they do best - support each other.

Kick it Forward brings women together in pairs - Beginner Runners who are taking their first steps, and Personal Motivators with a passion for running - to inspire each other. We all know it is easier to keep going when you have someone checking in on you, and it is more gratifying when you have someone to share in your success!

It's simple to get started:

  • Identify your Personal Motivator - a woman in your life - a friend, colleague or family member - who is already a runner that inspires you
  • Ask her if she is willing to act as your guide and motivator
  • She can learn all the details here
  • Set your goal- a 5k race 8 to 10 weeks from now is suggested
  • Apply to Kick it Forward together by clicking here
  • Once accepted as a Pair, select a plan for walking or running and get started!

Don't have an obvious choice for your Personal Motivator in mind? Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to make matches, HOWEVER, Kick it Forward offers terrific inspiration for Personal Motivators too. So look around, don't be shy, you may be surprised by how many people you know who would love to support you. Your Personal Motivator does not have to be an expert, just someone who is passionate, disciplined about being active, and will be good at motivating you.
