Skirt Sports is seeking Personal Motivators - women that find empowerment, fulfillment and sanity in running - to share this passion and commitment with a Beginner who has not yet found this gift.
Through Kick it Forward, Skirt Sports provides an easy-to-use platform for you to inspire a woman in your life to start running.
It's simple - find a partner, help her set a goal - such as a local 5k - pick a training plan, join the resource-rich Kick it Forward community, motivate her to achieve that goal, celebrate her success AND improve your own training. Learn more.
You don't need to be an expert, Kick it Forward will provide you with assistance every step of the way including a motivation guide, custom training plans, weekly tips, a private forum for communication with other Kick it Forward Pairs and more.
You can participate in Kick it Forward wherever you are at any time. All it takes is for you to find your Beginner and apply. Training plans are designed for an 8-week period and we encourage you to work with your Beginner to select a race as her goal.
