If you purchased online and want to return or exchange an item, please submit your info below to receive a form to submit with your package. This will greatly help us expedite the process.

Local Boulder Area Customers

You may drop off your return or exchange at our address. The box will be just inside the door for drop off between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday. We will process it and mail it back to you.

Skirt Sports Return Policy

Did you purchase a Skirt Sports product that you need to send back? No problem! We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date on all products that are returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. We will issue you a refund in the original form of payment, not including the shipping charges. Please submit the Return information listed above to obtain an RA number and put your item in the mail. If you return the item after 30 days of the original purchase, you will be issued a gift certificate for the amount of the item. Please be aware that refunds may take up to two weeks to be processed.

Skirt Sports Exchange Policy

Did you purchase a Skirt Sports product that you need to exchange? No problem! We're happy to accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date on all products that are returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Please submit the Exchange information listed above in order to obtain an RA number and put your item in the mail. Once we receive it, we will ship you the new item that you want instead. We cannot guarantee that we will have the item you want to exchange for in stock.

If you want to ensure that the item you want is still available or if you don't want to wait for your Exchange to be processed, go ahead and place a new order online for the item you want instead. That way you will be guaranteed to get the item you want right away. When we receive your return in the mail, we will get it processed.

If you received an item that is defective, please email Skirt Sports customer service at info@skirtsports.com and we will issue you an RA.
