It's official: FitDeck is addicting! It's so easy that even a braindead, overworked, too-busy, business owner can use it! FitDeck was launched several years ago by a couple of my friends from college, Phil and Cyndi (Pitt) Black, who wanted to take the obstacles out of working out. Each FitDeck resembles a deck of playing cards – with an exercise on each card. You can work out with your honey while watching "The Biggest Loser" or "Jersey Shore" (we don't judge).
