SkirtSports Announces Launch of 2008 Run & Active Collections

SkirtSports, creators of the original fitness skirt, have announced the launch of their 2008 Run & Active Collections to hit the market February 15. The new collection will consist of a re-design of the popular GymGirl, a new flirty RollerGirl skirt, a longer Uptown Girl skirt and a revolutionary Capri Skirt.
“This is one of our most exciting product launches yet,” states Nicole DeBoom, CEO of SkirtSports. “We’ve got some great new additions to our staple pieces and have also introduced a few new ones that will continue to encourage fun, fitness and feeling good about living at all ages.”
A top seller, the GymGirl Ultra has built-in compression mesh shorties that cover all the right spots, and a non-elastic mesh waistband with an internal silicone band for extra support and comfort. Top features include “hidden pockets” on each side of the shorties that have corresponding patent-pending music ports. A must have for any woman, the GymGirl Ultra is fully loaded and available at retailers and online in February for $64.

A line created for the everyday woman, the Sweetest Thing Capri Skirt is set to be the highlight of the collection. The all mesh skirt is built over tight fitting high performing spandex, hitting just below the knees and includes deep hidden pockets on the sides with corresponding patent-pending music ports that loop through the skirt. A great transitional piece, from cool weather to sunny days, the Sweetest Thing Capri Skirt is ready for anything at $75.
